Out of stock
TorBox is an innovative new player in the debrid "cloud torrent" scene, offering several differentiating features:
No per-source-IP limit
Seeding of downloaded torrents by default (user-configurable)
Supports usenet downloads
TorBox is available either as a standalone addon to an existing ElfHosted stack, or as a core part of a bundled stack (i.e., replacing RealDebrid).
Here's a video illustrating how to mount your TorBox library:
How to use TorBox
Confirm credentials
Once TorBox is enabled on your subscription, you'll need to configure your username and password, using ElfBot. From FileBrowser or ElfTerm, run:
elfbot env torbox USER=
elfbot env torbox PASS=
After running the above, your TorBox pod will restart. You'll notice a "TorBox" link on your apps dashboard. Use this link to launch a WebDAV interface to your TorBox account, to confirm that your credentials are correctly setup.
Torbox account preferences
For optimal function, set the following in your TorBox settings:

And disable seeding by default (you can enable it on a per-torrent basis, but in some cases, auto-seeding can cause at torrent to consume a slot for weeks until seeding is completed!)

RDTClient
RDTClient is a UI-based tool which integrates with Radarr / Sonarr to "download" content from debrid providers (actually, it adds them to your account, waits for them to show up in the rclone mount, and creates a symlink to "fool" the aars). To configure RDTClient with TorBox, set "Download Client" -> "Rclone mount path" to /storage/torbox
, and under "Provider", chose TorBox as your provider, and enter your TorBox API key.
RDTClient is already configured in Sonarr/Radarr, but disabled by default. Simple enable it, and instruct the Aars to use it for downloads.
Blackhole
West's blackhole scripts are a fast, CLI-based alternative to RDTClient. To configure blackholetorbox, run the following:
elfbot env blackholetorbox TORBOX_API_KEY=
The above will be enough for blackhole to work with TorBox, but by default, blackhole will error out on un-cached content. TorBox has a relatively small cache, so this behavior may result in failure to download anything, in which case, you can instruct blackhole to also download uncached content (i.e, you'll have to wait longer for it to show up), by running:
elfbot env blackhole BLACKHOLE_FAIL_IF_NOT_CACHED=false
Setup your torbox blackhole in the aars like this:
