Even if you don't have any active subscriptions, your user account (within the store) persists, along with your data, which is gradually aged out per our data retention policy.

If you'd rather remove all your data and details immediately, you can trigger an account deletion.

To clarify, this will immediately and irrevocably remove the following:

  • Your store account (username, password, email address)
  • Your remaining ElfBuckz
  • Any application data

This deletion can't be undone, or reversed, so ensure that you've made necessary migration / backup arrangements for any data / config you'd like to retain.
