What’s the difference between Prowlarr and NZBHydra?
Prowlarr manages indexers across your arr apps — it’s the central config hub. NZBHydra is a meta-search layer you query directly. Many users run both: Prowlarr for arr app sync, NZBHydra for manual searching and Usenet aggregation.

Can I use Prowlarr with my debrid provider?
Yes, if your provider supports custom search engines. Add the prowlarr-exposed addon to your ElfHosted account to expose Prowlarr’s API externally, then point your debrid provider at your Prowlarr instance as a custom search engine.

Do I need to run FlareSolverr myself?
No. ElfHosted provides an internal FlareSolverr instance — just enable it in your Prowlarr indexer config.
