The Plex UI is unmatched for polish and multi-platform support. Many users' primary interaction with their ElfHosted stack starts with the Plex client on their TV, mobile, or desktop.

Adding content from your Plex watchlist to your download stack can work, but it's typically slow and opaque. Plex-Requests is one solution which "hijacks" the Plex API to add a "request" button, triggering additions to Overseerr and downstream downloaders, but a sexy new app has recently been launched...

Pulsarr is an app explicitly designed to insta-watch your Plex watchlist (PlexPass currently required for insta), and directly add watchlisted items to your Aars. It supports multiple Aars, multiple watchlists, and has an awesome retro-scifi-game UI:

Using Pulsarr, you can effectively "close the loop" between Plex and your download stack, so that items watchlisted are instantly added to your Aars, and (assuming the Aars have an empty queue and are correctly connected to Plex), immediately added to Plex libraries once they're available.

A detailed guide is available here.

As usual, Pulsarr is available on a $1 7-day trial, can be interchanged with any other subscription, and is subject to bundled discounts (22% for Hobbits, 44% for Rangers, etc). Further, 33% of the full price is contributed to the developer for every ElfHosted subscription!
