We reward you with ElfPoints based on the value of every subscription renewal (20% currently), and those points top up a "virtual wallet", which you can use to fund further app subscriptions.

Yes, ElfPoints are awarded for all subscription renewals (i.e. not the first payment), and can be used to fund purchases other than streaming bundles or wizards.
