I'm trying something new, and posting this blog post from the store (WordPress) rather than the docs site (MKDocs). I've been experimenting with the store's ability to send email sequences, which I hope to use to make onboarding easier for new users, in time.
Riven Emby / Jellyfin bundles now available
Until now, Riven has been a Plex-only affair, but recent support for Jellyfin / Emby means non-Plex users can now also ditch the Aars for the new (BETA) magic that is Riven!
If you're wanting to test the waters, you can laterally "bundle-hop" 🐰 from your current bundle (provided your on month-to-month) to the equivalent Jellyfin / Emby bundle, and "hop back again" if it doesn't work for you! (unused volumes are pruned after 7 days)
Zurg rolled back for bad behaviour
Within the last 2 days, a 3rd-party PR to the (private) Zurg repo was merged. I'm not completely clear exactly how to use the new features yet, but the PR aims to address:
Unfortunately, it seems that this upstream change may have impacted the way Zurg reflects new files downloaded, since several users have reported that new downloads are not "visible" until they restart Zurg. To be safe, tonight's rollout rolled us back to the pre-PR'd version of Zurg, until we can work further with @yowmamasita on the bug report.
Halflings and Nazguls land in Germany
The Halfling (50% dedicated) and Nazgul (100% dedicated) bundles are now available in our default (Germany) elfhosted.com datacenter!
