What is Usenet Streamer?
Usenet Streamer connects supported user-configured Usenet workflows with Stremio, using ElfHosted-managed hosting and integration around the provider accounts configured for the user.
This subscription includes the hosted Usenet Streamer addon, NzbDAV integration, a bundled third-party Usenet account, Debridge support, and a bundled third-party TorBox account for supported provider-aware workflows.
What is included
- Hosted Usenet Streamer: managed by ElfHosted, with hosting, updates, and operational support handled for you.
- NzbDAV: WebDAV bridge for supported NZB-backed workflows.
- Bundled third-party Usenet account: Usenet Essential is included for supported Usenet-aware routing.
- Debridge support: provider-key orchestration for supported cached and Usenet-backed streaming workflows.
- Bundled third-party TorBox account: TorBox Essentials is included as an additional provider route where supported.
- Optional BYO provider accounts: add supported provider credentials where compatible with your configuration.
Why TorBox is included
Debridge can use supported debrid providers as additional routes where matching cached or provider-backed results are available. Including a third-party TorBox account gives supported Usenet Streamer workflows another provider path alongside the bundled Usenet account.
Provider availability, limits, and account features are determined by the third-party providers. ElfHosted manages the hosted addon, integration, and Debridge orchestration layer.

Works like a charm. There’s the usual fiddly bits to get it going. Not a show stopper but I’m a multi-year tech vet and I needed to do some digging to get it going. Especially if you’re not familiar with streaming jargon. One thing to note, the how-to video that I was sent doesn’t match the screens I was seeing. It also wasn’t apparently obvious that I needed to enable DAV service in my Elfhosted account. These are trivial tweaks but can be time killers when you first start. I had to email Dave Young a couple times. He was amazingly helpful. That said, it’s the best service I’ve used so far. I also hooked up my neighbor. You’ve turned a really complicated process into a simple one – kudos. Cheers, Dave Cook
