What is the ElfHosted VIP Onboarding Experience?
A single, one-time, white-glove session. You tell us what you want, supply the credentials and choices listed below, and an ElfVenger applies the configuration to your stack on ElfHosted. Once we hand back, the stack is yours to operate.
What we'll configure (using details you provide)
- 🎬 Your media server account — Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby — wired to your existing libraries.
- 🤖 Your *arr apps (Sonarr / Radarr / Prowlarr / Bazarr) wired to indexer and downloader accounts you already hold.
- ☁️ The remote storage backend you supply (your S3/WebDAV/rclone backend, or your debrid mount).
- 🌐 Remote access for your subdomain.
- 🧪 End-to-end validation against your configuration before hand-off.
What you provide
- Accounts and credentials for any third-party services (indexers, debrid, storage, etc.) you want connected.
- Any existing libraries, lists, or backups you want migrated in.
- Configuration choices — naming schemes, quality profiles, who has access, etc.
How It Works

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a recurring charge?
No — one-time fee for one configuration session.
Do I still pay for the underlying apps?
Yes. The Wizard pays for our setup labor; the apps you run on ElfHosted are billed separately.
What is NOT included?
We do not supply, recommend, or sign you up for third-party indexers, debrid services, IPTV providers, content libraries, or any other external service. You bring your own accounts and content; we apply the configuration you give us.
Is this ongoing managed support?
No. This is a single, one-time configuration session. After hand-off, you own and operate the stack. Routine support questions go through normal ElfHosted Discord support; deeper re-architecture work needs a follow-up Wizard session.
Will you store my credentials?
No. Credentials shared during the session are used only to complete your setup and are not retained afterwards.
