What is the VIP White-Glove Onboarding?

A done-for-you, one-time onboarding service for your ElfHosted media stack. When you purchase, you get a temporary private Discord channel with an ElfVenger for the duration of the setup. They will talk through your situation, help you figure out what you need, configure your apps to spec, and close the channel when done. You do not need to arrive with a plan.

What is included

• Configuration of your apps and services to your specifications
• A working setup when the channel closes

Some configuration options are limited by the apps or third-party services involved. Your ElfVenger will be upfront about what is and is not possible.

Your config is yours. Standard ElfHosted support covers the hosting side. The onboarding session itself is one-time.
