Maloja records what you play and keeps it. Not for a rolling six months, not until a service decides to change its terms, but permanently, in a database you can export in one click. What it gives you back is charts: top artists this week, top albums this year, and a pulse graph of how much you have actually been listening.

What you get

• It talks to almost anything. Four scrobble APIs between them cover Navidrome, phone players, browser extensions and desktop bridges, including clients written for Last.fm long before ListenBrainz existed.
• Charts as far back as your data goes. Weekly, monthly and yearly, per artist, per album, per track, with gold, platinum and diamond thresholds for the tracks you have worn out.
• Metadata rules that actually fix things. Artists appearing under three spellings, remixers buried in the title, featured artists jammed into one tag: Maloja has rules for all of it, and applies them retroactively to everything you have already recorded.
• Bring your history with you. Imports from Last.fm, Spotify, ListenBrainz and other Maloja instances.
• Take it away again whenever you like. One button hands you the entire database as a file.

Add Navidrome to stream your own music collection, and Lidarr to keep it growing. Navidrome scrobbles to Maloja directly once you paste in an API key.

Maloja or Koito?

Both record the same thing. Maloja is the older and steadier of the two, accepts more scrobble dialects, and is the one to pick if your library has spent years collecting inconsistent tags. Koito is newer, faster with a very large history, and much nicer to look at. Both import from the other, so the choice is not permanent.
