What is Memos?

Memos is an open-source note-taking app built for quick capture. Open it, type the thought, save. Each memo is written in Markdown and lands on a timeline you can scroll, search and filter by tag, so the idea you had on Tuesday is still findable next month. Think of it as a private microblog rather than a filing cabinet.

Yes, in your phone’s browser. Apps and tools that connect to Memos with an access token can’t reach it in this version, because your instance sits behind your ElfHosted login.

Who can see my memos?
Your instance sits behind your ElfHosted login, so your memos stay with you.
