Rallly

Hosted Rallly: propose dates, share one link, and let everyone vote, a tidy alternative to endless scheduling threads.

Early Access

This app is a brand-new addition to ElfHosted, and is considered beta. It runs, we test it, and your trial lets you prove it fits before you commit, but our support team does not yet have deep experience with it. Expect some trial and error: lean on the upstream documentation, experiment freely, and share what you learn in Discord, where the community and team are figuring these new apps out together. If you need a battle-tested workflow today, our established apps are the safer pick.

What is Rallly?

Rallly answers the most tedious question in group planning: which date actually works for everyone? Propose a handful of dates and times, share one link, and let every invitee tick the options they can make. Rallly lays the responses out in a grid so the best slot is obvious, with none of the back-and-forth that usually decides these things.

Key Features

• One link, everyone votes: Share a poll link and invitees vote as guests, no account needed.
• Clear results grid: Responses are laid out so the best-attended slot is obvious at a glance.
• Finalise and notify: Pick the winning option and Rallly can let everyone know the confirmed time.
• Email login: Sign in by magic link, no password to remember.
• Tidy and focused: A clean, ad-free alternative to the usual scheduling tools.

Works With

• Any group: Dinners, games nights, family get-togethers, or team meetings.

• One dashboard: Sits alongside the rest of your ElfHosted subscription, no servers to run yourself.
• Persistent and backed up: Your data survives restarts and upgrades.
• Simple subscription: One flat monthly price with a 7-day trial, cancel anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a poll?
Sign in with your ElfHosted email address (Rallly emails you a magic login link) and create a poll with your proposed dates. Only your address can create and manage polls on your instance.

Do my invitees need an account?
No. Send them the poll link and they vote as anonymous guests, with nothing to install and no account to create.

How does login work?
Rallly signs you in by email, you enter your address and click the link it sends, so make sure your ElfHosted email is working.
