This is a "Starter", a minimal version of the Hobbit+ hosted app stacks designed for personal media streaming, which includes:

- 🍿 Media Streamer (common self-hosted personal media streamers supported)
- ☁️ Cloud storage mount (popular cloud storage providers supported)

Technical Specifications
Unlike the dedicated bundles ("Hobbit", "Ranger", etc) the starter kits are provided using contended hardware resources, and are suitable for lightweight, individual use.
1. Bandwidth is unmetered, and throttled to a maximum of 128Mbps (contended). See details re estimated bitrate vs quality calculations.
2. Your own cloud storage account is used to store your media. ElfHosted provides minimal storage for application data, but does not store any media content.
