This app is a brand-new addition to ElfHosted, and is considered beta. It runs, we test it, and your trial lets you prove it fits before you commit, but our support team does not yet have deep experience with it. Expect some trial and error: lean on the upstream documentation, experiment freely, and share what you learn in Discord, where the community and team are figuring these new apps out together. If you need a battle-tested workflow today, our established apps are the safer pick.

What is Flowplan?

Flowplan is an open-source workspace for notes and projects, in the spirit of Notion and AppFlowy. The holiday plan, the renovation budget and the meeting notes stop being scattered across five apps: they live as pages and databases in one workspace, linked together.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I log in?
Choose Sign in with SSO and use your ElfHosted account: you become the Flowplan admin, and nobody else can sign in that way. Then invite the rest of the household. They get their own Flowplan accounts and don’t need an ElfHosted account.

Can I use the Flowplan apps or CalDAV sync?
Yes. The Flowplan apps for iPhone, iPad, Android and desktop connect to your instance’s address, and Calendar sync gives each calendar its own password for Apple Calendar, Thunderbird or DAVx⁵.
