This app is a brand-new addition to ElfHosted, and is considered beta. It runs, we test it, and your trial lets you prove it fits before you commit, but our support team does not yet have deep experience with it. What is Poznote?

Poznote is a note-taking app with folders down one side and your note in the middle. Write, tag it, attach the PDF that goes with it, and search the lot later. There is a task list type for the notes that are really jobs, a trash can for the ones you delete by mistake, and an export for the day you want your notes somewhere else.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I log in?
Poznote sits behind your ElfHosted login, and then has a login of its own. It ships with a default account, username admin_change_me and password admin. Change both the first time you sign in, from the settings page. The default is documented upstream, so anyone who ever reached the app would know it.

Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, in your phone's browser.

Can I share a note with someone?
Not in this version. Poznote's share links sit behind your ElfHosted login like the rest of the app, so a person without an ElfHosted account cannot open one.

Does it send email?
No. Poznote sends no mail on ElfHosted, so the password you set is the one that matters.
