MediaStorm is a self-hosted streaming server with native apps for iOS, tvOS, Android, and Android TV. ElfHosted runs the backend for you: pre-configured, always online, and ready to connect to your cloud storage and the content services you already subscribe to.

📶 Bandwidth and boosters

MediaStorm 4K includes 150Mbps of dedicated bandwidth, enough for one 4K stream or two HD streams at the same time. Bandwidth booster add-ons are available if you need more headroom.

⚡ How it works

After subscribing, ElfHosted provisions your MediaStorm backend and sends you the connection URL. Open the app on your device, point it at your backend, and log in. Configure your connected storage and content sources in the admin panel.

No Docker. No server to maintain.

📋 Requirements

  • A supported cloud storage or debrid service subscription
  • Free TMDB API key (movie and TV metadata)
  • Free TVDB API key (TV episode information)
  • iOS/tvOS: TestFlight (not yet on the App Store)
  • Android/Android TV: APK via sideload or Downloader app
