Early Access
This app is a brand-new addition to ElfHosted, and is considered beta. It runs, we test it, and your trial lets you prove it fits before you commit, but our support team does not yet have deep experience with it. Expect some trial and error: lean on the upstream documentation, experiment freely, and share what you learn in Discord, where the community and team are figuring these new apps out together. If you need a battle-tested workflow today, our established apps are the safer pick.
What is Tududi?
Tududi is a task manager for people who think in projects rather than in one long list. Tasks live in projects, projects live in areas of your life, and a Today view pulls out what is due now. Notes and tags sit next to the tasks, so the research and the job it belongs to stay together.
Key Features
- Today view: What is due, what is in progress, and what you said you would do next.
- Projects and areas: Group tasks by project, and projects by the part of life they belong to.
- Recurring tasks: Set a task to come back daily, weekly, monthly or on your own pattern.
- Notes: Keep written notes alongside the projects they relate to.
- Tags: Cut across projects when a topic spans several of them.
- Telegram bot: Add tasks from your phone by messaging a bot you create yourself.
- Many languages: The interface speaks a good number of them.
Why Run Tududi on ElfHosted?
A to-do list you cannot reach is a to-do list you stop trusting. ElfHosted keeps Tududi up, updated and backed up, on a web address that works from any device you happen to be holding.
- Managed and maintained: Your instance is provisioned in minutes, kept updated, and backed by friendly humans on Discord.
- One dashboard: Sits alongside the rest of your ElfHosted subscription, no servers to run yourself.
- Persistent and backed up: Your data survives restarts and upgrades, with a daily backup.
- Simple subscription: One flat monthly price with a 7-day trial, cancel anytime.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log in?
Tududi sits behind your ElfHosted login. Your instance is created with one account already set up: the email address on your ElfHosted account, and the password changemeelfie. Change that password the first time you sign in, under Profile settings. New sign-ups are switched off, so nobody else can register an account unless you turn it on from the admin panel.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, in your phone's browser. Calendar sync (CalDAV) is off in this version, so a phone calendar app cannot subscribe to your tasks yet.
Does it send email?
Yes. Tududi mail (password resets and notifications) goes out through ElfHosted, from an ElfHosted address, so there is no mail server for you to set up.
